This is a general overview of our process from start to finish. Please note this process will vary slightly from project to project as this is a high level overview only.
1. Meet & Greet
Building a home starts with building a relationship. We understand building a home is huge decision and whoever builds it can impact your journey significantly. Our goal at the initial meet and greet is to get to know you, your family, and your lifestyle so that we can tailor a home design and build strategy to suit your needs.
2. Design
You’ll have 3 main options:
- Choose one of our premium designs – Select your floor plan from our range of premium designs.
- Custom design your own unique floor plan – Sit with our design team to build a custom floor plan that is tailored to suit your lifestyle.
- Bring your own design – Bring your own architecturally designed plans to us for construction.
3. Selections
You will meet with our interior design team to select the textures, colours and finishes to your new home. This stage will incorporate meetings with our major suppliers to ensure no details are missed.
Our team will make sure all your design choices work in harmony – ensuring there are no clashes, and the overall look is nothing short of amazing.
Ultimately your home is your space, and with a little guidance from our team your colour selection process will be a highlight of your journey.
4. Permits
We will work closely with developers, councils & governing authorities to gain formal building approvals for your brand new home.
5. Begin The Build
Now the fun begins! We are excited to keep you involved throughout the construction of your home. This will start with our first site meeting at commencement stage, & then regular intervals throughout the process as follows:
- Site Start
- Construction of Slab/Foundations
- Completion of Frames
- Pre-linings
- Joinery and Tiling
- Internal Fittings
- Practical Completion Presentation
- Settlement
